As with most UpWard staff, only Lauren's first name is known. She held the title of UpWard Caretaker, responsible for taming and training creatures within the facility. Not much is known of this individual. Nobody seems to know where she came from or who hired her. The only consistent intel we've gathered from (former) staff is simply "do not cross her."

She appears to have had an instant, natural dynamic with the mascots. Numerous logs detail her special bond with Chompy Chasey, who was very protective of her and rarely left her side. Lauren appeared to understand Chompy on an exceptionally deep level.

Most concerning was her connection with Binky Drinky. Whereas every other handler failed, often spectacularly, to get Binky under control, Lauren was the only one to actually tame it. Details on how she managed it are scarce, but rumors mention cruel methods of abuse.
